Missouri Agricultural Leadership of Tomorrow recognizes individuals from within our organization for three distinct awards - Ag Leader of the Year, ALOT Workhorse, and the J. Bruce Bullock Outstanding Alumni Award. Each award recognizes outstanding ALOT supporters and their contributions. More information about our awards including eligibility for each category, and how to nominate an individual, can be found below.
Given annually to a non-ALOT alumni who has contributed greatly to Missouri agriculture and/or the ALOT program, nominees should be involved in Missouri agriculture via production, agribusiness, or academic means.

Given annually to an ALOT alumni who has made significant contributions to the ALOT program, nominees should be involved at the local/regional level with the ALOT program via helping with a class session or at the state level by serving as a member of the ALOT Board of Directors or committee.

Given annually to an ALOT alumni who has made significant contributions to their community or organization of choice via time or other material donations, nominees should be respected and recognized as an excellent example of the leadership development provided by the ALOT program.
